        Why I chose Anthony Russo as today's artist of the day?

     That's the most important question, as always of course. I think that the first and the most perfect answer will be: because! Because of his music. Because of his voice. Because there's something in his music that you want to listen to it all the time. Because every song is a great piece of perfect music. Because his music is something new, something fresh, even epic. Because of his huge talent [I think this "because" should be the first reason ]. Because he is so damn good in everything what he is doing. Because of all that I think that's the reason why he deserve to be our "Artist of the day". That's a fact.
    As you all know, it's always great to hear something new and something with soul and heart. I love  to write about little-known artists and music who made something valuable, not another "radio empty song". And that's why I'm writing all these words, because I want to recommend you another excellent little-known [yet] artist and I'm sure you will like Anthony Russo and his music.
   Great beats, awesome lyrics, perfect performing. His songs have it all. His music has and soul and heart and all these emotions you want to feel. They are just amazing and hypnotizing. Maybe this is the reason of this perfection. Who knows...
  When you are listening to his music there's something what gives you a piece of something good and real and you are able to feel the music - every second of the song, every word. And you know what? That's really great. Because whats more better or more beautiful than pure joy from the music you are listening? Nothing. Really nothing.
     Pure perfection? Probably yes. But please, don't be surprised - his music sounds really remarkable. And I think that when you will listen to these songs you will exactly know how to describe him and his music. And that's why I'm pretty sure you will fall in some-kind-of-love with his songs and you will find your own world in his music. In my opinion that's really cool.

     To be honest I can't wait for more music by Anthony. I'm sure it will be something so good like previous songs and I'm sure he will surprise not only me, but the whole World with his next songs and huge talent. And of course I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Anthony and his future.

Artist of the day : Lukas Graham.

       Ladies and Gents, today I would like to recommend you the music of this awesome band -  Lukas Graham. If you still didn't hear about them, I'm sure you will become a fan of their music because their music is just epic. Are you ready?

Lukas Graham is a Danish pop rock-soul band from Copenhagen [Denmark] formed in late 2011 and consisting of Lukas Graham Forchhammer [vocals], Mark Falgren [drums], Magnus Larsson [bass] and Kasper Daugaard [keyboard].
Their debut album "Lukas Graham" was released on 2012, and the second album, "Lukas Graham (Blue Album)", was released on 2015.

    For the first time I heard about them in 2014 and I was like "holy shit, that's awesome!". I always have a huge problem to find the best words to say all these reasons why I chose somebody or some music and, to be honest, this time is the same even after such a long time since when I got to know them.
    Their music is just epic, if I can say like that. You can hear and feel that great mix of pop, rock and soul, feel all these great rhythms in every song played by them and that's the best.
   Probably you are thinking now "ok, ok so what... this is just the next alternative pop-rock band, and what is new this time?". Trust me, everything. They are not like the others, they are better. They have own style and vision of their music and it's really real and great. And they are so damn good.
     They have something what makes them so perfect - huge talent and great music - and you can see it in every song by them, no matter is it an album version or live version. I could write here all words, compliments, good and bad reasons why you should listen to them, but I'm pretty sure it would be too little.
      Sometimes you have such a feeling that the music sounds the same. But not this time. This time you have a chance to get to know something really good because every of their song is unique with excellent lyrics and perfect sounds, something so damn good from beginning to end and with every next song you want more and more. Believe me or not, but there's something in their music what gives you a piece of good and real music, music full of emotions, words, full of great vibrations. With soul. And that's everything what you need if you want to feel freedom and happiness. You know, it's something in their music, some magnetism, that you want to listen to it all the time and that's just amazing, in my opinion.
     Songs on their albums are unique, with excellent lyrics and perfect sounds. Also I think that there's something between vocals, lyrics, music and the band who made it and when you're listen to any song by them, you have something like 'wow!' and 'I feel it!' in your mind.
     I'm sure that everyone will find something good in their music because all of their songs are a great piece of good music full of great beats. Also I'm sure that if you like this kind of music, you will find your own world in their songs - simple, isn't it? I can say one thing - they're so damn good!,  and you will say the same after listening to any of their song.

      As for me, their music is something really awesome, fresh and unique, something what you can listen all day long because it gives you pure energy, happiness.
     Now, I'm waiting for more music by Lukas Graham, because as for me they're just excellent. Also I wish all the best to them and of course I'm keeping my fingers crossed for their future, because they are very talented and I know that they will surprise us yet. Album of the day: "Energia Emotiva" by Jacopo Massa.

      Today I would like to recommend you a great album "Energia Emotiva" by Jacopo Massa. I'm sure you will like it because all songs are just a good mix of pop and rock.

Jacopo Massa is a singer, songwriter and musician from Vercelli [Italy]. His music is a mix of pop and rock, with great lyrics and sounds. He released one album, "Energia Emotiva" [2009], and three EPs : "Baby Greatest Hits 2000 - 2005", "EXTRA 9.9.9" [2009] and "Inno 2012 F.C. Pro Vercelli 1892 (120 anni tra storia e leggenda)" [2012].

       I already wrote a few times about Jacopo Massa on this blog [you can read these posts here] so maybe some of you know him. If not - today you have such a chance because I want to recommend you his album from year 2009, "Energia Emotiva".

     Why I chose this album? This question always makes me some problems because you can answer to it with million of words and still didn't say everything what you would like to say about it. You can always find a few reasons why? and the same is this time.
      As always music is the first reason because music always makes the whole thing - view on the artist. His album, "Energia Emotiva", is, as I wrote earlier, a great piece of pop and rock sounds. This album is just full of energy and emotions so it's even better than good with every next song. Amongst these twelve songs you can find faster and slower songs, something to sing and also something to dance. I think it's a good sign.
     Lyrics, the next reason why I chose this album. As you already know Jacopo is a songwriter and all songs on "Energia Emotiva" were written by him, from the first to the last. That's why you can find a little bit of him in every of these songs. Additionally every song on this album was composed by him from the first to the last second. In my opinion, if the singer is writing his own songs then we can call him a real artist, not only "a singing doll" what is often current nowadays. Huge plus for him.
    On this album you can find songs in English and in Italian creating the unity, one great project. Maybe reason that this album is bilingual makes it more better.
    What can I say more? In my opinion he did a great job when he composed these songs and that's why this album is just excellent.
    Another reason is that Jacopo is a great guy with huge talent... but I wonder why he didn't record anything new yet. Who knows, maybe this year will bring us some huge & great news from him and some new music. Yes, I can't wait for that day. You know, I'm sure he will surprise us with something really cool. And that's why I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Jacopo and his future.

       Why I chose Aaron as today's artist of the day?
   Maybe it's because of music or lyrics [of his own song] or his voice. Maybe because he's so damn good in everything what he's doing or singing, no matter is it his own song or just a cover.
I just have to say one thing: I don't know why, but one thing I am sure about is the fact that he's very talented. Everything what he's doing it's always like a mix of everything the best.
   But the best is the fact that every song sung by him, no matter is it a cover of his own song, is something new, something fresh, epic. Something what you can love and call cool, real music. Maybe this is the reason of this perfection.
   To be honest some covers sung by him sounds even better than original versions and that's a HUGE and EPIC thing.
     When you are listening to his music there's something what makes you happy in some way, something what gives you a piece of something good and real and you are able to feel the music, every second of the song, every word. And you know what? That's really amazing.
     Pure perfection? Probably yes. And I think that when you will listen to the music you will exactly know how to describe him and his work. And that's why I'm pretty sure you will fall in love not only with his voice but for sure with his songs and you will find your own world in his music.

 As always I'm writing and writing only words, but it will be better if you will listen to these songs and then you will be able to judge, is it for you or not. If you like or love such a kind of music, an acoustic music, his work is for you and I'm sure you will say: damn, that's perfect, I like it [or even: I love it!]!

    As you know me, I like to write about little-known artists and music who made something new, fresh and just cool. And the same is today, that's why I'm here now and I'm writing all these words, because I want to recommend you another excellent little-known band, yet, and I'm sure you will like them and their music.
   And before I will write more about them I have to say one thing - Instagram, thank you :) That's crazy but I met them some time ago via Instagram and they are another band or artist about who I got to know just because this page. Is it the new way to meet something new? Maybe.

  Why I chose Janice Prix as the artist of the day?

      Probably you are thinking now "no way, this is just the next band with pop/ rock/ alternative music, so what is new this time?". And I think you're wrong. They are not like the others. They are better. They are so damn good. They have something what makes them so perfect - huge talent and great music. You know - Young Blood.
    So why? I've a few good reasons. For sure because of their music. It's a great mix of alternative, pop, rock and synth. As for me their songs are a great piece of music - something new, something fresh, epic and nice. When you are listening to Janice Prix, believe me or not, in their music is something what gives you a piece of good and real music, full of emotions, words. With soul. You know - everything what you need if you want to feel freedom.
     Sometimes you have such a feeling that the music sounds the same. But not this time. This time you have a chance to get to know something really good because every of their song is unique with excellent lyrics and perfect sounds, something so damn good from beginning to end and with every next song you want more and more. You know, it's something in their music that you want to listen to it all the time and that's just amazing, in my opinion.
    Also I'm sure that there's something more between vocals, lyrics, music and the band who made it. Magnetism. For sure. Why? Simple answer - because when you're listen to any song by them, you have something like 'wooow!' in your mind.
Also I'm pretty sure that everyone will find something good in their music. Why? Because all of their songs are a great piece of good music full of great beats. I'm sure that if you like this kind of music, you will find your own world in their music - simple, isn't it?
I can say one thing - they're so damn good! 

   As for me their music is something really awesome, something what you can listen all day long because it gives you pure energy. And joy. Yes, their music is just a real music, something fresh and unique.And that's why I can't wait for more music by them.
They're really talented and I'm sure they'll be huge musician soon, so better remember the name of this band - Janice Prix.

Artist of the day : Libby Aldridge.

     Libby Aldridge - young, beautiful and very talented woman with remarkable voice... Yes, this is Ms Aldridge. And that's why today I want to recommend you the music by her. I'm pretty sure that you will fall in love with her voice and of course with her music.

 Libby Aldridge is a singer, songwriter and musician from Dallas, TX [USA] who sings covers and also own songs. Her music is a mix of pop and jazz. She has one EP "What If I Told You" [2014].

    At first I have to ask you one thing - who heard this name or any song by her, or better, who knows Libby Aldridge? 

    I'm pretty sure, that maybe there will be a few people who can say "I did" or "I know". And these people should be happy. But from the other side that's not so good because she's just like her music - incredibly perfect and she should be more famous.
    First time I heard about her last year and...I just fell in love with her and her voice. And since then, every time when I listened something new [or something older] I knew one thing -  that she's an amazing singer.
    Believe me or not, but I can say only one thing: I haven't heard such a wonderful voice like her yet!  Trust me. In every song by her you can see from the first seconds how talented she is. And that's really amazing.
    Probably you are thinking now "yeah sure, but she just another singer, so why she's so special?". Maybe you're right, maybe for other people she's just another singer. But not for me. So why?   Because of a few reasons:
   The first: her voice - it's just extraordinary! In every song you can hear, or better - feel, real emotions, what's really good. 
   The second: everything what she's doing in just perfect in every part. 
   The third: is obvious, Libby is just a gorgeous woman. 
   The fourth: her perfect and unique music.
              Simple - she's unique. 

    She has something, some magic, what makes her so perfect - huge talent. In my opinion that's the best.


    I think that the fact that Libby isn't well-known in many places yet, will change soon, very soon. I hope so. No, I really believe in it and I wish her it. 
    To be honest, I can't wait for more music by her. I'm sure it will be something so good like previous songs and I'm sure she'll surprise not only me, but the whole World with her music and talent. And of course I'm keeping my fingers crossed for her future and I wish her all the best and many many successes.

      Today I would like to recommend you the music of this great band, so Ladies and Gents, better make some noise for Echosmith, because they're really cool and I'm sure you will fall in love with their music.

Echosmith is an alternative / pop / rock /indie pop band from Los Angeles [USA] formed in 2009 by Sydney Sierota [lead vocals], Jamie Sierota [guitars/ vocals], Noah Sierota [bass/ vocals] and Graham Sierota [drums].
Amongst their inspiration we can find, f.e.: Coldplay, Echo & the Bunnymen, The Smiths, U2, Joy Division, and Fleetwood Mac.
They have two EPs: "Summer Sampler" [2013] and "Acoustic Dreams" [2014]. Their debut album "Talking Dreams" was released on October 2013.

     That's why I'm here now and I'm writing all these words, because I want to recommend you another excellent band, and I'm sure you will like them and their music.

     Why I chose Michael as today's artist of the day? For sure because of his voice and own songs. As you all know, it's always great to hear something new and something with soul and heart. His songs have it all. The same is with covers. Music made by him is nice, easy. Just amazing.
    When you are listening to Michael, there's something what gives you a piece of good and real music, full of emotions, words and amazing sounds, and that's really cool.     
    In my opinion this kind of music is one of the best, because you can get to know the artist and his talent. And he has it - huge talent.

     The best is the fact that every song sung by him, no matter is it a cover of his own song, is something new, something fresh, epic. Something what you can love and call a real music. Maybe this is the reason of this perfection.

    Pure perfection? Yes, because every song sung by him sounds really wonderful, maybe even like heaven.     Ladies and Gents, today I would like to recommend you the music of Jimmy Steeltown, a great band with even better music. I'm sure you'll like them because they're really super great.

 Jimmy Steeltown are blues rock, soul, funk, folk band from Oberhausen [Germany] formed in  by Elmore Jay Score [vocals], Lightning Boy Soprano [guitar], Michael B. Johnson [bass] and Doubletrouble Junior [drums]. Amongst their inspiration we can find, f.e.: Sean Costello, Tab Benoit and Susan Tedeschi. The band sounds a bit like f.e.: Storyville, John Mayer, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Aynsley Lister and Vintage Trouble.
Their debut album "Cut, Cry, Smile" was released on March 2014.

     Why I chose Jimmy Steeltown as the artist of the day? Because of their music. It's simple just a good piece of blues rock, soul, funk, folk and even pop. Yes, their songs have everything what you need if you want to listen to a great and real music.
     For sure, guys from Jimmy Steeltown are talented and "fresh" and that's the reason why every song by them is so good and you want to listen to it all the time. The album "Cut, Cry, Smile" is a good example of everything what I wrote about them.
     On their album, "Cut, Cry, Smile", we can find 12 great tracks with super music and excellent lyrics. 12 tracks which give you something more than only the music, but also an amazing climate of every song and just perfect vocal.

     The best fact is that they're the same great on live performances as on the album. You can check it f.e. on YouTube, but of course it would be better if you could check it at any their show.
  Yes, everything what they do is just perfect and that's really awesome.

     I'm sure that if you like real music [blues rock or mix of rock, soul and/or folk and pop] - this band and their music will be perfect for you.

     As for me, their music is something good, something what you can listen all day long because it gives you joy. Now, I'm waiting for more music by Jimmy Steeltowns, because as for me they're just excellent. Also I wish all the best to them and of course I'm keeping my fingers crossed for their future, because they are very talented and I know that they will surprise us yet.

     I think you should check it to judge, is it for you or not, but I'm sure that if you love, or only like, any of these kinds of music, you will like Jimmy Steeltown - there is no other way.

Artist of the day : James Bay.

     Today I would like to recommend you the music of this nice man, James Bay. His music is just great and I'm sure you will fall in love with his songs and voice music.

James Bay is a young singer / songwriter from Hitchin [UK]. He has three EPs: debut acoustic EP "The Dark of The Morning" [July 2013], "Demos" [2014] and EP "Let It Go" [May 2014]. He was a support for Tom Odell, John Newman and Kodaline.

     Why I chose him? Because of a few reasons. Because there's something in his songs that you want to listen to it all the time. Because every of his song is a piece of great music.Yes, everything what his is doing it's always like a mix of everything the best. Because of his remarkable vioce - oh yes. Because of songs, lyrics - for sure. Words and sounds in every song are just perfect.

    When you are listening to James there's something what gives you a piece of good and real music, full of emotions, words and amazing sounds, and that's really cool. That's why I can't wait for more music by him. I'm sure it will be something so good like previous songs.

     I think that if you like this kind of music as his wonderful songs, you will find your own world in his music. James is giving us something new, fresh, great. Something what you can love and call beautiful and real music.


     To be honest, I fell in love with his music after the first seconds from "The Dark of The Morning" EP [5 tracks] - "Move Together". Later was only better and better, but not only on this EP but also on "Demos" and finally on "Let It Go". His newest EP "Let It Go" [4 tracks] shows that he's really talented, and I'm sure you will like in the same as the first one.

      Ok, I'm writing and writing only words, but it will be berter if you will listen to these cool songs and then you will be able to judge, is it for you or not. I'm sure that it will be ideal for you, and you will say: oh my, I love it!
